Who is the controller

The data controller is Davi Gomes, architectural visualization, based in Porto, Portugal. Privacy contact: WhatsApp or phone +351 910 851 563. For data subjects in Brazil, this is also the LGPD data protection officer channel.

What data we process

  • Quote request: name, studio or company, country, project type, presentation date, email (optional) and your message. The form sends nothing to a server: it builds the message and opens WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it.
  • WhatsApp or phone conversations: whatever you share with us, including project files.
  • Hosting logs: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, generated automatically by Vercel for security and operation of the site.

Why and on what legal basis

  • Replying to your request and preparing a quote: steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 7, V LGPD).
  • Delivering the contracted project: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Security and operation of the site: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 7, IX LGPD).
  • Tax and accounting duties: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and make no automated decisions.

Who we share it with

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting), acting as processor.
  • WhatsApp / Meta, only when you choose to contact us that way, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
  • Our accountant and public authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Vercel and WhatsApp may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR; Art. 33 LGPD).

How long we keep it

  • Quote requests that do not go ahead: up to 12 months after the last contact.
  • Client data: for the duration of the project and the legal retention period for tax records (10 years in Portugal).
  • Hosting logs: for the period set by Vercel, usually a few days.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies and no advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, with no requests to third parties such as Google.

We only store in your browser (localStorage) your chosen language and, if any, your choice about statistics. If visitor statistics are added in the future, they will only run after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Under the LGPD you also have the right to confirmation of processing, anonymisation and information about sharing. We reply within one month.

Complaints

You can complain to Portugal's CNPD, to the supervisory authority of your EU country, or to Brazil's ANPD. Consumers in Portugal can also use the electronic Complaints Book.

Children

Our services are aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
